Moments I caught travelling Myanmar in Ngapali, Inle lake and Bagan composed and drawn back home in Vienna.
Bagan: Young monk in front of Htilominlo Temple, one of the 2.200 intact temples of Bagan. Bagan was the capital of the first Myanmar Empire, one of the richest archaeological sites in South-east Asia and a must see in Myanmar.
Inle Lake: Paddling home from school. The Intha live in stilt houses built on islands. Children learn how to paddle and navigate the lake between houses and floating gardens very early.
Ngapali Beach: Child monks taking a break at the beach.
Ngapali beach is the most developed beach area in Myanmar but still relaxed and beautiful.
